HOTEL DU COUVENT
Hôtel du Couvent is a serene sanctuary located in the historic center of Old Nice, France, where centuries of history meet understated elegance. GRAYSCALE collaborated with owner Valéry Grégo to spotlight the transformation of this 17th-century convent into a boutique retreat. Through targeted storytelling, we emphasized the property’s meticulous restoration led by Studio Mumbai, Studio Méditerranée, and Festen Architecture, along with its unique offerings, such as Roman baths, a tranquil lap pool, and the Movement Studio. Showcasing details like Chef Thomas Vétéle’s Provençal-inspired cuisine, the lush garden filled with wisteria and linden trees, and the artisanal herbalist consultations, we created a narrative celebrating the hotel’s blend of history, craftsmanship, and Mediterranean charm.
